1. Rental Eligibility

All renters must meet the minimum age requirement and provide valid identification. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Booking and Payments

Bike rentals must be booked through our website, by phone, or at one of our locations. Payment is required at the time of booking, and all fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Rental Periods

Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges based on the rental plan. Extensions can be requested, subject to availability and extra fees.

4. Usage and Responsibility

Renters are responsible for using the bike safely and following all local cycling laws. Any damages, theft, or loss of the bike during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter, and repair or replacement costs may apply.

5. Safety Equipment

Helmets and locks are included with all rentals. Renters are encouraged to use the provided safety gear to ensure a secure and enjoyable ride.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Liability

PedalJoy Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the rental period. Renters are advised to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines provided at the time of rental.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
